Salary up to 4k
- Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing;
- Responsible for efficient and effective benefits administration including employee insurance, medical claim, leave and medical examination. Ensure that all processes, procedures and activities necessary for the administration of employee benefits are carried out in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures;
- Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment including sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews and onward following up, preparing salary proposal and making offer;
- Responsible for training administration including maintaining accurate training records. Coordinate Training Needs Analysis exercise and follow through to ensure training needs are acted upon;
- Responsible for HR correspondences essential for offer of employment, confirmation of employment and resignation acceptance. Monitor due dates for various HR processes and follow up for proper and timely closure;
- Assist in review and implementation of Employee Handbook;
- Responsible for HRIS system and ensure that all records are up-to-date;
- Compile monthly and ad-hoc reports as and when required;
- Assist in annual performance review, salary review and Valshare payment exercise;
- Responsible for a systematic and consistent filing system that facilitates retrieval of HR documents and records including employee personnel files. Ensure that all HR documents and records are filed timely;
- Provide any other support and assistance necessary for effective human resources management;
- Assist in investigation pertaining to employee and industrial relations matter;
- Assist in implementation of employee relations and health and safety programs to ensure harmonious working relationship between the Company and employees;
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in a safe manner and conform to current health and safety and quality systems.
- Diploma or above in HRM or related business disciplines
- Minimum three years of human resources generalist experience in manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act Singapore with strong capability to interpret laws governing human resources and implement accordingly;
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing payroll with solid knowledge in laws governing payroll;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task;
- Ability to communicate well with people from different levels and cultures;
- Good PC skills e.g. Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and other applicable applications. Hands-on experience in Zapper, Workday and Take 5 People is an added advantage.
