The Compliance and Commercial Excellence Analyst will support the Singapore Pharma business and report to the Commercial Excellence team (CET) Director. The CET works closely with the sales and marketing teams for training and data analytics and manages the overall sales performance metrics. As a CET analyst, you are responsible for the development of the training materials and managing the learning curriculum of the employees and third parties. In this dual role, you will also support the country compliance officer for the execution of any risk management activities for the local Pharma business.
For the commercial excellence team, you will to be tasked to maintain the mylearning training matrix and calendar. A strong attention to detail will be required as you maintain training records and report on the metrics when required. Logistics support will also be required by arranging attendee lists, preparation of the materials and technology and developing seating plans and room bookings.
As an analyst you will also support the country compliance officer by proactively engaging the business on compliance and governance topics and support the development and implementation of streamlined solutions. Activities include but not limited to managing the library of SOPs and ensuring the SOPs are reviewed periodically and participate in the planning and execution of Compliance projects as required. You will also maintain records of Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) due diligence procedures for the local pharma business and also for our third party partners and maintain a log of interactions with government officials.
To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail will be a primary focus given the reports and metrics you will manage. In addition, our best fit candidate will have an ability to work independently and be the essential backbone to the commercial excellence and compliance team.
